Typical Daily Usage:
1 to 3 capsules daily. Because of the potent nature of Thermopro™ it's important to assess your tolerance first, so we advise starting with 1 capsule daily before training and then progress from there if required. More experienced users may take 3 capsules before training or spaced evenly throughout the day.

What a boost!!!!!
I will admit I was very sceptical about this at first. Before I had this I was using ON Standered pre-workout which is great. However, this stuff is even better, I took 2 around 20mins to 30mins before a workout, and my god it gave me such a kick, but it felt so much like a huge natural energy boost unlike what pre-workout gives you. Once I have finished my first bottle, I will absolutely by again!! Well done protein works!!IT WORKS
Honest review time. i have been using CLA ULTRA alongside THERMOPRO BURN for about 6 months now, just started my 2nd order of 180 each. in that time i have lost nearly 2 STONE!! Is that down to the supplements or a better diet?? I cant tell you. All i can say is i was managing my diet before using the supplements and i didn't lose anywhere near as much weight. the weight loss has been slow and gradual, lose a bit, maybe half a kilo, plateau for a few days.maybe a week , lose a bit more and so on. at my heaviest i was 15st 6lb i am now down to 13st dead. the supplements work really well as a appetite suppresent and i believe that is helping. i dont really feel an energy spike from the pro burn, but, i am not geting that sick stomach feeling that i have had with other fat burners. as a note for other diabetics, i am type 2 and on metformin max dose!! i am NOT seeing any side effects from the mix of supplements and metformin!! that is a huge bonus. as i have had some tummy troubles with other supplements. the only side effect i do get, and it's my own fault, 3 cups of coffee in the morning and i get a sore stomach. in summary, YES THEY WORK. PRICE IS VERY GOOD FOR THE RESULTS WHICH AS FAR AS I AM CONCERNED IS GREAT VALUE FOR MONEY!! ordering and delivery is very easy and quick i will be continuing with protein works for the foreseeable futureGreat for a workout!
Recently started some new exercise classes, some of which can be quite intense and I often find I'm struggling to get to the end of the half hour class. Took one around 30 mins before my evening core class (as per many of the other reviews) - however all it did was force me to pull an all-nighter! Didn't feel tired though so I'd say they definitely work. Following day I took 1 in the morning with breakfast and the other with lunch. Went to pilates followed by legs bums and tums and WOW. My Fitbit was off the scale, and recorder my workout in the cardio zone for the first time ever. Slept like a baby that night as well ... My advice would be take them over an hour before your workout, and they're also a good pick-me-up if you've had a bad night's sleep the previous nightReally works!
Using these I have smashed my PB by almost 4 mins and spend my whole run feeling comfortable, energised and completely in the zone! Feel full of energy for the rest of the day and not even tired in the evening like I usually would. I take this about 20 mins before I need it to kick in. Absolutely love these and they really do work!It works so well but….
Hi Everyone, I will give this a 5 stars for sure, the energy that gives me is amazing like on the top.. but is it normal to have a muscle and joint pain? I took one last Thursday and my energy is crazy high I did a lot that day, but after that until now I am having a muscle and joint pain. Is it normal? Is there anyone here experienced the same thing?
